Privacy Policy

This website belongs to Bruno Castelo Studio, the studio of Bruno Castelo in Campinas, Brazil. This page explains what data I receive through the website, how I use it, how long I keep it and how you can ask for access, correction or deletion, under the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law 13,709/2018).

What data I receive

Through the contact form: name, company or brand, email, WhatsApp number, services of interest, when you would like to start and your message. Only name, email and message are required.

When you contact me by email or WhatsApp, I receive the information you choose to send through those channels.

As on any website, the hosting service records technical access data, such as IP address, browser and pages visited, to keep the website secure and working.

How I use it

To reply to your message, understand your project and prepare a proposal. I do not use your data for advertising and I do not send messages you did not ask for.

This use is based on the steps that come before a contract, taken at your request (art. 7, V, of the LGPD), and on the legitimate interest of replying to people who get in touch (art. 7, IX, of the LGPD).

Who I share it with

I do not sell or hand over your data. It is stored in the services that run the website and the email, provided by Hostinger.

Some parts of the website come from other services: project images load from Behance (Adobe), and the website animation library loads from cdnjs (Cloudflare). When delivering these files, those services may record your IP address.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising or audience measurement cookies. Technical cookies only appear for people who log in to the admin panel.

How long I keep it

I keep messages while the conversation or the project is ongoing and for up to two years after the last contact, unless the law requires a different period. You can ask for deletion before then.

Security

The website uses a secure connection (HTTPS), and messages are kept in a restricted area of the admin panel.

Your rights

At any time, you can ask for confirmation that I hold your data, access to it, correction, deletion, portability and information about who it was shared with (art. 18 of the LGPD). Just write to contato@brunocastelo.com.br. I reply within 15 days.
