Ethics and Compliance

I work on one project at a time, and that also guides how I deal with clients, partners and suppliers. These are the commitments I follow in every project.

Confidentiality

Information, data and materials you share stay within the project. I only show work in my portfolio after it becomes public or with your permission. When a project requires it, I sign a non-disclosure agreement.

Authorship and usage rights

I deliver original work. Third-party fonts, images, music and 3D models are used with the proper license, and I let you know when a license has a cost. The usage rights for each deliverable are described in the proposal.

Use of artificial intelligence

When I use artificial intelligence tools, I do it to support the process and I tell the client. Nothing generated by these tools goes into the final delivery without review, and I do not put confidential client material into tools that could reuse that data.

Conflicts of interest

If a job comes up that could compete with a current client, I talk to that client before accepting it.

Integrity

I do not offer, request or accept improper advantages, gifts or payments to win or ease a job, whether with private companies or with government bodies, in line with the Brazilian Anti-Corruption Law (Law 12,846/2013).

Respect

I treat everyone with respect and without discrimination of any kind, and I expect the same in working relationships. I do not tolerate harassment.

Commercial transparency

Deadlines, fees and steps are clear in the proposal. If anything changes along the way, I let you know first and we decide together.

Data protection

I handle personal data in line with the LGPD, as described in the Privacy Policy.
